Pursuant to Companies ''Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information'' and SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015, we hereby inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remail closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1 April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the above financial Results would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
