Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI, LODR, 2015, we inform you that the Company has entered into the non-binding MoUs with M/s Merlinhawk Aerospace Private Limited and M/s Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (KELTRON), which are confidential in nature. The financial impact of the aforesaid MoUs has not yet been ascertained.
