The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain close from 1st April 2024 till the end of 48 hours after audited financial results of the Company for the fourth Quarter and financial year ending 31.03.2024 are communicaed to the Stock Exchange, for the Promoters, Directors and KMPs and designated persons of the Company The date of Board Meeting for Consideration and declaration of the audited financial results for fourth quarter and financial year ending 31.03.2024 shall be intimated in due course.
