Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd - Revision In Record Date For Bonus Shares

In reference to our intimated letter dated 12th August 2024 and in compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 has been revised. The new record date is Tuesday, September 3rd 2024. The revision is due to medical emergency of the promoters on the original date.
