As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the company would be closed with effect from April 01, 2024 and shall be opened on 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024. The date of the Board meeting in which the Audited financial results will be considered and adopted will be intimated in due course. Kindly take this information in your records
