Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) 2015 the board of director''s in their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, August 14, 2024 considered and approved the appointment of M/s S S N R & Co. as the Internal Auditor and M/s S V Kulkarni and Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the company for the Financial year 2024-2025.
