Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the intimation received from RTA - Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding loss of share certificate of the Shareholders of the Company. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/P/ CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
