GARWARE MARINE INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st July, 2024. The trading window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting, in which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 shall be approved. The date of Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
