This is to inform you that pursuant to the provision of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report, Trading by its Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons and in compliance with provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Please be informed that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed with effect from Monday, 1st April 2024 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024.
