Gateway Distriparks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, has approved the payment of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.00/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each, for the financial year 2014-15 to the shareholders.
