Gati Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, has approved adoption of Code of Practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 effective from May 15, 2015.
