Pursuant to the approval received for finalizing the basis of allotment of the Rights Issue from BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange) on 19th October, 2022 the Board members of the Company in their meeting held today i.e., 19th October, 2022 has approved the allotment of 3,60,40,841 Equity Shares issued at a price of Rs. 2.75 per share (including premium of Rs. 0.25 per share) aggregating to Rs. 991.12 lakhs on rights basis to the successful allottees. Further, please note that we will be approaching BSE with detailed Listing Application for listing of 3,60,40,841 Equity Shares within due course of time.
