GAYATRI SUGARS LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Mr. Lalit Kumar Thanvi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance Officer of the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and he has ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. close of working hours of January 05, 2023. His successor shall be appointed in due course, within the time limits prescribed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder read with the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations and the same shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange(s). Details required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure I
