GB Global Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform the Stock exchange that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the Designated Person and their immediate relatives shall close from Monday, 01st January, 2024 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023. The Board meeting for declaration of the Q3 financial statements shall be intimated in due course.
