GBL Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all the Board Members, Designated Person and their immediate relatives with effect from i.e 01st April, 2021 upto the completion of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the year and quarter ended 31st March, 2021.
