GCM Capital Advisors Ltd - Outcome Of Independent Directors' Meeting

In Compliance with Section 149 (7) read with Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulations 25(3) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, a separate Board Meeting of Independent Directors of the Company was held today i.e. March 19, 2021 wherein, the following items in agenda were discussed:<BR> <BR> 1. To review the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole.<BR> 2. To review the performance of the Chairperson of the company, taking into account the views of Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors;<BR> Assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the Company Management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties.<BR>
