GCV Services Limited - Outcome of Board Meeting

GCV Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2012, have accorded their approval to the following :<br/><br/>1. Companys endeavour to venture into the Segment of Retail Services / Management, in order to provide the most comprehensive and reliable mall / property management and retail services in India as well as outside, India, including overall operations, marketing, consultancy, occupant management, retail leasing services and advising value enhancing propositions in retail segment.<br/><br/>Such strategy to be implemented on due approval of Shareholders.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Sameer Relia, as a Managing Director of the Company, considering his caliber to herald a material shift in business towards retail management operations.<br/><br/>3. Resignation of Mr. Rakesh Kapoor as the Chief Executive Officer (Overseas Operations) of the Company, with immediate effect.<br/><br/>4. Appointment of Mr. Satish Hirgude, Mr. Ankush More and Mr. Rajan Dhanwade as Additional Directors on the Board of the Company.<br/><br/>5. Resignation of Mr. Pradeep Dhanuka and Mr. Tushar Rane from the directorship of the Company.
