In compliance with GE Power India Limited Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01 October 2022 till 48 hours after the Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30 September 2022 are made public in compliance with the aforesaid Code.
