GE Power India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with GE Power India Limited Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01 January 2023 till 48 hours after the Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31 December 2022 are made public in compliance with the aforesaid Code. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended on 31 December 2022 will be communicated in due course.
