GE Power India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, for the aforesaid purpose, the "Trading Window" shall remain closed from January 26, 2017 to February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive).
