Mr. Gopichand Idandas, Mr. Venkatanaerayan Naaraayan and Ayer Sriram have resigned from the directorship of the company w.e.f. May 12, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mrs. Seema Roy Choudhury, Mr. Avijit Das, Mr. Asit Kumar Ghosh and Mr. Subham Paul have been appointed as additional directors of the Company w.e.f. May 12, 2014.
