Gee Gee Granites Ltd has informed BSE that:<br/><br/>1. Mr. Asit Kumar Ghosh has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from May 12, 2014, for a period of five years.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Asit Kumar Ghosh, Managing Director, shall also act as Compliance Officer of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Mr. Sunil Gopichand Duseja has resigned from the post of Managing Director w.e.f. May 12, 2014 and shall continue as Director of the Company.
