This is in furtherance to our letter dated 15th December, 2023, 22nd December, 2023 and 27th January, 2024 whereby we had informed about the pending litigations/disputes ("Company Petition") in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Clause 8 of Para B of Part A under Schedule III of SEB (LODR) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 which were considered material. The required details as per the mentioned Circular are provided in Annexure A. Kindly take the same on record.
