Trading window for all the Directors, Promoters and Promoters Group, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives to deal in securities of the Company, shall remain closed from July 01, 2024 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company by the Board for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024 (both days inclusive).
