General Insurance Corporation of India - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

The Ministry of Finance vide letter no. F. No. A-11011/1/2015-Ins II dated 26th August 2020 had appointed Mr. Atanu Kumar Das, MD & CEO, Bank of India as Director on the Board of the Corporation, with immediate effect, for a period of three years or till the date of his tenure as MD & CEO, Bank of India or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. We would like to inform that Mr. Atanu Kumar Das ceased to be director on the Board of the Corporation pursuant to his cessation as MD & CEO in Bank of India w.e.f. 19th January 2023.
