This is to inform you that as per the company''s code of conduct framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015,the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
