Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Company Affairs has informed BSE that Geodesic Ltd was ordered to be wound up and Official Liquidator has been appointed as a Prov. Liquidator in the Company Petition 471 of 2013 in Company Application (L) No. 153 of 2014 by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay dated April 07, 2014.
