With reference to increase in volume, Geometric Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"we confirm that to our knowledge, there are no events or occurrences or any information that require us to make any announcement under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.<BR><BR>Please be rest assured that if and when any information triggering any obligation to make an announcement under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement were to come about, we would promptly make the requisite compliant disclosures."
