GEOMETRIC LTD. - Grant of Stock Options under "ESOP scheme 2013- Employees"

Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2014 has granted 100,000 options to an employee of the Company. Each vested option shall be convertible into One Equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2/- each at the exercise price. The vested options shall be exercisable within such period not exceeding five years from the date of the grant.
