GEOMETRIC LTD. - Change of Auditors

Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants have been appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from June 16, 2015 to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry, Chartered Accountants. Such appointment shall be placed for shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 27, 2015.
