Pursuant to BSE Circular dated 2nd April, 2019 vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons with effect from 1stJuly, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 become generally available.
