GHCL Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. D. C. Jain - IDBI Bank Nominee, has been appointed as a Nominee Director of the Company in place of Mr. Ajoy Nath Jha w.e.f. April 02, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that after appointment of said Nominee Director, Audit Committee and Project Committee have been reconstituted to give effect to the appointment of Mr. D.
