This is to inform that the Trading Window Close period pursuant to the Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Director, Promoters, Key Managerial Person and their Relative & Designated Persons of the Company will commerce from 3rd February, 2022 till end of 48 hours after completion of Board Meeting Dt:11/02/2022.
