Gillette India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Karthik Natarajan has been appointed as a Director liable to retire by rotation and Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of five years effective from January 23, 2017 through a resolution of the Shareholders of the Company passed by means of Postal Ballot.
