GILLETTE INDIA LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Gillette India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 15/- per Equity Share (Nominal Value of Rs. 10/- each), for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2015. The dividend shall be paid, between October 27, 2015 to November 10, 2015, on approval of the Members at the 31st Annual General Meeting.
