GINI SILK MILLS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended and financial year ended on March 31, 2024. The date of Board meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
