Gini Silk Mills Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchange and Company''s Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2025 till the conclusion of 48 Hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025.
