Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Nehal Modi has resigned from the Board of the Company, due to his preoccupations. The Board at its meeting held on November 07, 2015, has taken on record his resignation from the Board of Directors.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Vinod Juneja, who was an alternate to Mr. Nehal Modi on the Board of the Company, has consequently ceased to be Alternate Director.
