Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulation, 2015, and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rule 2014, we would like to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, August 14, 2024 to Tuesday, August 20, 2024 (both days inclusive ) for the purposed of the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. No dividend is proposed for the year 2023-24. Kindly take the same on record.
