Pursuant to Regulation 32 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Audit Committee in its meeting held on August 13, 2024, has reviewed the utilisation of funds which were raised by means of Preferential allotment and noted that during the quarter ended June 30, 2024, the Company has fully utilised the remaining balance funds for purposes as stated in the objects of the issue.
