A meeting of the Board of Directors was held on August 31, 2024 which considered and approved the unsecured loan of upto Rs. 3.00 crores ( Rupees Three Crores only) in tranches at rate of 11% per annum from Mr. K.G. Gupta, Managing Director of the Company for the general business purpose and capital expansion. Further the Board approved the Loan agreement for an amount of upto Rs. 3.00 crores to be availed by the Company in tranches and thereafter, the Agreement was signed and entered on August 31, 2024 between the Company and the Managing Director.
