In pursuance of Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), we wish to inform you that the Company received following request from Shareholder for issue of duplicate Share Certificate in lieu of the Share Certificate which are reported lost / misplaced.
