In continuation of our letter dated 28th June, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company has been closed from Monday, 01st July ,2024 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the company''s policy for prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
