In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirments) Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. August 14, 2024 has reappointed Lt. Gen. Sarab Jot Singh Saighal (Retd.) as Chariman of the Company for further period of Two (2) years starting form 01.10.2024 to 30.09.2026 subject to the approval of shareholders athe the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
