Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment thereto), we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as defined under the Code, shall be closed from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2025.
