Gloster Ltd - Fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue

Gloster Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed May 23, 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders who are eligible to receive bonus shares in the proportion of 1 (one) bonus share for every 1 (one) existing equity share held by the shareholders of the Company.
