Gloster Ltd - Outcome of Board Meeting

This is to inform you that Board of Directors at its meeting held on 12th May, 2017 has recommended dividend @ 50% i.e Rs. 5/- per equity share and a special dividend - "25 years of Gloster's operations" of 25% i.e Rs. 2.5/- per equity share, making a total dividend of 75% i.e Rs. 7.5/- per equity share, for the year 2016-17, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
