Unaudited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> 2. Payment of 2nd interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22, if any. Record date for the payment of 2nd interim dividend, if any shall be November 11, 2021.<BR>
