GMR INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. - Revised Results Press Release

With reference to the earlier letter dated August 14, 2014 regarding Results Press Release, GMR Infrastructure Ltd has now informed BSE that there is a minor typographical error in the Company's proposed press release, which may be read as under:<br/> <br/>"In second para of the press release - EBITDA for the quarter has increased by 3% (instead of 11%) from Rs. 595 Crore to Rs. 613 Crore".<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Revised Results Press Release.
