GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>In this connection, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons of the<BR>Company from January 30, 2016 (Saturday) to February 12, 2016 (Friday) (both days inclusive).
